Guest Policy

A guest of an OXH resident may visit the OXH pool accompanied by the resident and pay applicable guest fees ($3/guest weekends and parties). No short or long-term guest pass is given for local guests. If, however, an out-of-town guest is staying with you at your OXH residence for a period of time, you may apply for a Long Term Guest Pool Pass to 1) enable the guest to waive guest fees, and 2) if the guest is over 14, they may enter the pool without the resident, and 3) if the out-of-town guest is over 16 they may be a babysitter for the resident’s child.

If you are sending your children with people other than themselves (such as family members) who are babysitters (16+) to the pool, you will need to fill out the following form and  contact the Oxxford Hunt Pool Manager to have your sitter’s picture taken for check in.
