Did your child “age up” over the winter? Did the adults in your household change from the last pool season? If so, your Pool ID will need to be updated.
If your child will turn 10, 12, 14, 16, or 18 before the end of the current pool season in September 2014, they will need your permission and possibly a photo to be taken in order to use their new pool privileges (e.g., starting at age 10, a child may go to the pool by themselves; starting at age 12, a child may start bringing a guest to the pool, with the number of guests allowed increasing every two years). Fill out the information below and click send. Then plan to attend the next Pool ID Session to have pictures taken, if needed, to finish the process.
